RETURNS

We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied with any item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund [minus the original shipping costs]. All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All sale items are final.

 

You must email customer service at originalthreadsllc@gmail.com within 15-days of receiving your order, prior to shipping anything back. Only items purchased at SHOPORIGINALTHREADS.com can be returned. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to ORIGINAL THREADS. ORIGINAL THREADS will not be held accountable for any lost packages.

 

Pack your return securely with the original packaging if possible. Please include a note with your name and order number.

Return parcels may take multiple weeks to be delivered at our warehouse. Once your return has arrived, please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed. We’ll send you an email once the refund is on its way.
