SHIPPING

For International and Domestic orders, USPS First-Class and Priority Mail shipping rates are available. First-Class is cost effective but uninsurable and untrackable. If you select this shipping option, you release Original Threads from any and all claims if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen. You will not be refunded and your order will not be replaced. Priority shipping is slightly more costly but is trackable and we will insure your order up to $100 should your package be lost  or damaged in transit.

Our shipping rates come directly from FedEx and USPS. We do not add any handling fees. The live rates fluctuate and we have no control of how they adjust. All Georgia residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of Georgia and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped.

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, 8AM to 3PM PST, excluding major holidays, and are shipped 1-3 business days from when an order is placed. Please allow an additional 1-6 days for delivery in the continental 48 and up to 6 weeks for international shipping address. The USPS 1-Day, 2-Day, or 3-Day shipping options are solely USPS estimated transit times AFTER your order leaves our facility. Selecting 1-Day is not a guarantee you will receive your order in one day. If you are unsatisfied with the actual transit time, you will unfortunately have to take it up with USPS as we have no control of this.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it. Calling them direct at 1-800-GO-FEDEX can complete FedEx claims should any problems arise. FedEx claims processing time is about 8-10 business days.
